이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 큐엔아이(QNI (Quantum Natural Intelligence), 이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 qoro todo(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 회사·이용자의 권리와 의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)

  • 서비스는 이용자의 Google 계정에 있는 캘린더 일정·할 일을 한 화면에서 보고 편집하도록 돕는 웹 애플리케이션이며, 가계부 기능을 함께 제공합니다.
  • 서비스는 무료로 제공됩니다. 현재 이용요금·결제·유료 부가기능이 없으며, 따라서 환불·청약철회에 관한 조항을 두지 않습니다.
  • 개인 일정·할 일·가계부의 정본은 이용자 본인의 Google 계정에 저장됩니다. 서비스는 이를 표시·편집하기 위한 도구이며, 해당 데이터의 보관 주체가 아닙니다. 다만 모임캘린더에 등록한 일정과 모임 참여 정보는 서비스가 직접 보관합니다. 자세한 처리 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

제3조 (이용계약의 성립과 계정)

  • 이용계약은 이용자가 Google 계정으로 로그인하여 서비스가 요청하는 권한에 동의한 시점에 성립합니다.
  • 서비스는 별도의 아이디·비밀번호를 만들지 않으며, 인증은 Google 계정에 의존합니다. 따라서 Google 계정의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
  • 이용자는 앱 메뉴의 ‘구글 연결 해제’로 언제든 연결을 끊을 수 있으며, 이때 서버에 저장된 토큰이 삭제되고 Google에 권한 해지가 요청됩니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

  • 타인의 Google 계정을 무단으로 사용하는 행위
  • 서비스를 역설계·자동화 도구로 비정상적으로 호출하거나, 서버·Google API에 과도한 부하를 유발하는 행위
  • 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 용도로 서비스를 이용하는 행위

제5조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

  • 회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경이나 서비스 종료 시에는 사전에 이 페이지 또는 서비스 화면에 공지합니다.
  • 서비스는 Google Calendar·Google Tasks·Google Drive API에 의존합니다. Google 측 정책 변경·장애·권한 철회로 기능의 전부 또는 일부가 동작하지 않을 수 있으며, 이는 회사가 통제할 수 있는 범위를 벗어납니다.
  • 정기 점검·설비 보수 등 운영상 필요한 경우 서비스 제공이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

제6조 (데이터의 책임)

  • 이용자가 서비스를 통해 생성·수정·삭제한 일정과 할 일은 이용자 본인의 Google 계정에 즉시 반영됩니다. 다만 모임캘린더에 등록한 일정은 Google 계정이 아니라 서비스 서버에 저장되며, 같은 모임의 다른 참여자에게 공개됩니다. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없을 수 있으므로 이용자의 주의가 필요합니다.
  • 회사는 이용자 콘텐츠의 백업 의무를 부담하지 않습니다. 이용자는 Google 계정에서 직접 데이터를 관리·백업할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (면책 및 책임의 제한)

  • 서비스는 무료로 “있는 그대로(as is)” 제공되며, 회사는 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 무중단·무오류를 보증하지 않습니다.
  • 회사는 천재지변, Google 등 제3자 서비스의 장애·정책 변경, 이용자의 귀책사유로 발생한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 부담합니다. 이 약관의 어떤 조항도 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」 등 강행법규가 이용자에게 보장하는 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.

제8조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 회사와 이용자는 성실히 협의하여 해결하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일과 변경 내용을 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 연결을 해제하고 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of qoro todo (the “Service”), operated by QNI (Quantum Natural Intelligence) (the “Company”), and set out the rights and obligations of the Company and of users.

2. What the Service is

  • The Service is a web application that lets you view and edit the calendar events and tasks in your own Google Account from a single screen, together with a personal ledger feature.
  • The Service is provided free of charge. There are no fees, payments, or paid features, and accordingly these Terms contain no refund or withdrawal-of-purchase provisions.
  • Your personal events, tasks, and ledger data are stored in your own Google Account, which is the system of record. The Service is a tool for displaying and editing that data, not its custodian. Events and membership details you enter into a shared calendar are stored by the Service itself. Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.

3. Formation of the agreement; your account

  • The agreement is formed when you sign in with your Google Account and grant the permissions the Service requests.
  • The Service does not create a separate username or password; authentication relies entirely on your Google Account. You are responsible for securing that account.
  • You may disconnect at any time via “구글 연결 해제” (Disconnect Google) in the app menu. Doing so deletes the stored token and asks Google to revoke the grant.

4. Your obligations

You must not:

  • use another person’s Google Account without authorisation;
  • reverse-engineer the Service, call it through automated tooling in an abnormal manner, or place an excessive load on our servers or the Google APIs;
  • use the Service in violation of applicable law or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Changes to, and suspension of, the Service

  • The Company may change or discontinue the Service. Material changes or discontinuation will be announced in advance on this page or within the Service.
  • The Service depends on the Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Drive APIs. Some or all functionality may stop working because of changes to Google’s policies, outages, or revocation of access — circumstances outside the Company’s control.
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other operational reasons.

6. Responsibility for your data

  • Events and tasks you create, edit, or delete through the Service are applied to your own Google Account immediately. Events you post to a shared calendar are stored on the Service’s servers instead, and are visible to the other members of that shared calendar. Deletions may be irreversible, so please proceed with care.
  • The Company has no obligation to back up your content. You can manage and back up your data directly in your Google Account.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”. The Company does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.
  • The Company is not liable for damage arising from force majeure, from outages or policy changes at third-party services such as Google, or from causes attributable to the user.
  • The Company remains liable, as provided by applicable law, for damage caused by its own wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right guaranteed to users by mandatory provisions of Korean law, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Company and the user shall endeavour to resolve any dispute in good faith; failing agreement, either party may bring an action before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

9. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms where necessary and will post the amended text and its effective date on this page. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may disconnect and stop using the Service.
